3rd INTERNATIONAL WHEELCHAIR FLOORBALL TOURNAMENT

Rules

The tournament will be played according to the valid IFF rules, with the modifications of Czech Wheelchair Floorball Federation (download the Amendments to IFF rules) Note that the rule about the players without disability will be applied. There can be only two players without handicap on the field and the goalkeeper must have a handicap.

The match time will be 2 x 15 minutes; quarterfinals, semi-finals and finals will be played 3 x 15 minutes.

The playing time will not be measured effectively with the exception of the last 3 minutes of the eliminating matches – starting from the quarterfinals.

There will be no team time-out in the group matches.

Preliminary System

The teams are divided into groups of four or five where all teams will meet in round robin series. The ranking in the group will decide your opponent in the play off. All play off matches will be decided by the cup system (direct elimination). Minimum 5 matches are guaranteed for each team.

Referees

Referees are nominated in co-operation with the Czech Floorball Union. We accept also refs from abroad. In case of interest in participating as a referee please contact Mr David Růžička - the Head of the Referees.

Insurance

Please note that every participant is taking part in the tournament on his own risk and is not generally insured by the organisation. Therefore a general travel insurance is reccommended.

The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury of the participants during the tournament.

Registration

We have to obey the rule: "First come first served" because the number of participants is limited. Please complete the registration formula on www.praguewheelopen.cz before May 30th, 2013 and at the same time please fax or mail the copy of the registration fee bank transfer to the organizers.

Please fill in your team ID number to payment documents for better identification.

Please note that the registration fee is not refundable (provided the team is confirmed the participation) and the amount is netto - the bank charges are to be covered by the transferring team.

NOTE:
To prevent unnecessary bank charges the payment should be done as SEPA transfer in EUR specifying the payer’s and beneficiary’s account numbers in the IBAN format, the payer’s and beneficiary’s identification codes (BIC), the „SHA“ fee payments code and no special processing requirements .

Individual fee

Any team that does not accept the official lodging provided by the organizers and arranges the stay individually is obliged to pay the individual fee 100 EUR per person. This fee includes the complete tournament organization, lunches at the sport hall during the actual tournament days and the activity card.
